Undiscovered corners
Exhibition: > Nationalgalerie: A Collection for the 21st Century

We see some places or things every day and yet pay little attention to them: the doorbell sign, the garbage can or the stairwell. Using the card game "Undiscovered corners", you can explore unnoticed places and works of art in and around the museum: with words, with your body or with a pencil.

Display, set up, park?
Exhibition: > Nationalgalerie: A Collection for the 21st Century

How are works of art staged in museums? The furnishing of the exhibition rooms usually follows an idea, a theme or a structure. Not only the selection of artworks, but also the wall color, lighting or flooring play a role. The pupils use their observations of the museum spaces to talk about the practice of presenting and exhibiting. In the studio, they try out their own ideas for exhibition design.

Who if not us?
Exhibition: > Joseph Beuys. Works from the Nationalgalerie Collection

Many artists at the Hamburger Bahnhof show that art can not only be beautiful, but also wants to make a difference. Art can be political, socially critical and utopian. Together, the students examine how artists express their opinions and world views in their works: They are particularly interested in the chosen media, forms and materials. Now it's the students' turn: What do they want to change? What revolution are they? Together, they develop their own concepts for contemporary actions or campaigns.
